Channel 4 - Grand Designs The Edinburgh Project

This 19th century sandstone house situated in the Leith area of Edinburgh had been left unoccupied and neglected for a period of years. The cream coloured sandstone was left open to the elements, resulting in erosion caused mainly by atmospheric pollution and the Scottish climate. The exterior of the building required specialist attention, we ended up replacing 140 hand-cut stone blocks.
